Stealing Citizens' Rights In 1883, Robert G. Street of Texas wrote a paper before the American Bar Association designed to steal the rights of the citizens of the United States. In that paper Mr. Street asked a very important question: „What could a citizen do if the Judicial, Legislative, and Executive Branches of government claimed to be immune from suit from a citizen.‰ In the same issue of the report of the ABA meeting the answer was given, „if all three branches of government claim to be immune from suits by the citizen, there is noting the citizen can do but revolt.‰ Shortly thereafter, a cause of action began working its way to the Supreme Court to test this stealing of the rights of the citizen. In 1890, the Supreme Court heard this challenge to the rights of the citizen. In a landmark theft of the rights of the citizen, the Supreme Court ruled that it was not possible for a citizen to sue his own State without the permission of the legislature. In Texas at the same time it was statute law that a citizen could sue the State. In order to steal the right to sue the State in Texas, some underhanded measures had to be taken. First, Richard Coke, a Texas governor after the civil war, caused the laws to be reprinted. In order to steal the right the Governor set up a committee to codify the law. During the codification, the law was left out of the law books. Then, Governor Coke fired the Supreme Court (with permission) and replaced them with his appointees. Doing these two things perfected his stealing of the law from the citizen. The reason Governor Coke stole the law was to protect himself from suit for what he did after the end of the Civil War. Coke had been removed from the Supreme Court for being an impediment to reconstruction and feared that his actions on the court would lead to legal problems. This law allowing suits against Texas remained stolen from the people until I discovered it in the Archives. The law has never been amended, repealed, or ruled upon by a judge. As a result, it is still valid law. I presented the law to the Texas Supreme Court for their review. The court refused to even hear the case to reinstate the law for fear that they would have to rule on the issue and then lose the immunity they stole from the people. The Texas Supreme Court is made up of politically motivated Judges that have already been censored on the TV news show 60 Minutes. It is well known that the Court is made up of people that put themselves above the citizen rather than putting the rights of the citizen in their constitutionally protected position of ruling over the government. If anyone is interested in looking at the real documents, as written by our founding fathers, and by the founding fathers of Texas, please contact me and I will give you access to these papers. I can prove that the right to sue the State was stolen. I can prove that the right to free legal counsel was stolen. I can prove that the statute law in Texas allows any citizen to sue the State. I can prove that the Supreme Court of Texas is crooked and is trying to steal this right from the citizen. I challenge anyone to refute my information SEND ANY COMMENTS TO: antigov@earthlink.net
